BeautyFix aims to deliver a superior brand experience by elevating the medspa industry with a focus on hospitality, transparency, and community.Position SummaryOur Aesthetic Injectors are responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience with advanced injecting knowledge to help patients achieve their desired results. This position includes working cross-functionally with our sales consultants, clinic staff, and management to ensure schedules run efficiently while providing a best-in-class client experience. We offer ongoing training and education with top pharmaceutical companies on a variety of innovative products and techniques, along with our in-house Clinical Director of Training at the BeautyFix Training Center.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRepresent the Company's vision and the BeautyFix brand by acting professionally with both clients and colleaguesAccurately and efficiently manage scheduled appointments including patient treatment plansUpsell treatments and products as needed to support patient resultsField clinical and customer service complaints and alert management as neededHandle clients' questions, concerns and occasional complaints with courtesy and professionalismRetain expert knowledge of all BeautyFix services by location and providerSupport clinic operations such as treatment room upkeep and organizationStay up to date on all ongoing marketing promotionsHave full knowledge of retail products, along with enthusiasm about promotion and upsellingMaintain a demeanor that is positive, upbeat and professionalRegularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetingsCommunicate clearly, positively and professionally with all patients and BeautyFix staffBe diligent about the use of Mindbody, RxPhoto, and other software integrationsPreferred KnowledgeQualificationsExperience with and knowledge of dermal fillers and neurotoxins requiredAdditional experience in Threads and Morpheus8 is appreciated3+ years of injecting experienced preferredKey QualificationsMust Have: Licensed Nurse Practitioner Certified Nurse PractitionerNote: All duties and requirements stated above are essential job functions.
