Supers are leaders, coaches, and project facilitators. Our Superintendent's influence is pivotal to the success of each Dellbrook|JKS project. We're looking for passionate construction professionals with the right skill set to navigate various scopes of work, ensure quality on our jobs and to serve as a cornerstone for project accomplishment.At Dellbrook|JKS a Superintendent Responsibilities include:Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.Oversee and document day-to-day job site activities, managing teams of assistant supers, field engineers, project engineers and field personnel in alignment with project plans.Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Facilitate seamless collaboration through regularly communication with the Project Management team.Identify and address challenges promptly, collaborating with the General Superintendent, Project Executive, andor Project Manager for effective solutions.Project Start-UpTurnover Meeting:Collaborate with the General Superintendent, Project Executive, and Project Manager to identify pre-mobilization activities.Develop and review the Construction Schedule, obtaining approvals from key stakeholders.Scheduling:Establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule, considering contract requirements and subcontractor input.Update Project Schedule regularly and review with the project team.Weekly updates of the three-week look-ahead schedule.Safety:Schedule safety pre-construction meetings for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety plans.Regularly review the project site to guarantee adherence to safety protocols.Quality Management:Establish pertinent benchmarks for the project and integrate them into the baseline schedule.Implement the Dellbrook|JKS QAQC SOP, ensuring the team upholds our quality standards.Oversee subcontractor performance to maintain Dellbrook|JKS' high-quality standards.
