We are currently looking for a Production Manager. The Production Manager's role will manage the daily production process. He will ensure that the production planning for the day is being executed and address any product or facility issue, in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Managing and directing the operations of the production lines and supervisors.Guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of team municating to the management team, all needs for equipment, supplies, personnel, maintenance or municating constantly with the production staff, supervisors, drivers and carriers.Ensuring manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety.Ensuring the production goes according to planning.Monitoring production to resolve issuesOrganizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlinesPrepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities.Optimizing the operations. Key Aspects:Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records.Able to easily travel between locations.Able to work first or second shift (if needed).Able to be on call as required.Requirements:Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related. Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
