Clinical Manager, Home HealthNew Castle, DEA Non Profit and Medicare Certified Home Health Provider based in the New Castle DE Area is searching for an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee their field based interdisciplinary team. Organization is well established and has a solid reputation for quality of care in the tri-state region. Position is office based with some flexibility in hours, but generally Monday - Friday 8-4:pensation and Benefits for Clinical Manager, Home Health:Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $100,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year (depending on years of experience and qualifications) plus additional per diem rates for any overtime visits completed!Comprehensive health, dental and vision plans for employee and their families with extremely low out of pocket contribution, mileage reimbursement at .58 centsmile (if needed to go out into field)403b plan with 6% company paid match, over FIVE weeks of paid time off, generous tuition assistance toward advance degreesceritfications and more!Responsibilities of the Clinical Manager, Home Health:Oversee field based interdisciplinary team consisting of RNs, PT, OT, SLP and Nurse Educator Ensure overall quality of care for the agency as well as compliance with all local and federal regulations Requirements of the Clinical Manager, Home Health:Minimum of 1-2 years of previous leadership experience in a medicare certified home health setting is required (strong OASIS knowledge is a must) Bachelors Degree required, Masters is highly preferred but not requiredRN, PT, OT or SLP Licensure in the state of DE required
