The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following but others can be assigned:Welcomes on-site visitors by monitoring and determining the purpose of their visit and informing the right personnel regarding visitorsPerform general clerical duties such has filing, copying, sorting mailBe the main point of contact with customers whether it be in person or over the phoneBe well versed and knowledgeable about the company to be able to answer questions regarding directions and what customers needAssist the Sales DepartmentAssist the Admin DepartmentAnswers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or departmentTakes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailableRetrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnelMaintain the professional appearance of the showroom & work areaOther duties as assignedRequirementsQualified candidate will have the following:Minimum of 1-year of experience in a Customer Service capacity.
