Job Description:

The Senior Account Manager cultivates and maintains AssistRx's relationship with our Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. In this role, you'll be working with pharmaceutical executives (Associate Director and above) on a daily basis to ensure they are receiving maximum value from iAssist's features and services. The Pharmaceutical Account Manager presents new ideas and innovations to clients, upselling and enhancing their product and is the liaison between the Pharmaceutical Brand Teams and all key AssistRx stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesForms strategic partnership with clients by developing a working knowledge of their business goals, technical challenges and infrastructure configurations to ensure an outstanding customer experienceEstablish and maintain a role as advisor to clients and colleaguesPresent new ideas and innovations to client to upsell and enhance their products and servicesResearch high-level solutions for the clientDevelop the relationship with the client through regular meetingsconference calls to review service quality and ensure they are receiving maximum benefit from iAssist's features and benefitsWorks with Client Services to solve complex support issues effectivelyManages the delivery of recommendedagreed-upon services to achieve high client satisfaction and trustDetermines most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing internal resources when necessaryPrimary point of contact for sales and serviceDetermines most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing internal resources when necessaryParticipates in client quarterly reviews, attends annual Plan Of Action meetings and other travel as neededPlan milestones and track progressEffectively keeps others adequately informed by presenting information to everyone involvedRequirementsAbility to effectively express ideas and thoughts verbally and in written formExhibits good listening skills and comprehensionEffectively keeps others adequately informed by presenting information to everyone involvedAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsBachelor's degree (B.
