We specialize in the tourism, healthcare, food & beverage, consumer, and legal categories.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Digital Advertising Media Buyer located in New Orleans, LA. The Digital Advertising Media Buyer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including digital media strategy development, media planning, media buying, and communicating with clients. All digital platforms and unit sizes will be utilized while the role manages several client campaigns, across different industries, with budgets in the mid-six to seven figures. Responsibilities include the introduction of new ideas and creativity, through thinking that challenges the norm, setting the work apart. Flawless planning, launch and management of digital media campaigns, which exceed clients' goals. Continuous improvement on clientcampaign; generating noticeable ROI improvement for KPIs that speak to business, not advertising, metrics. Foresight to anticipate opportunities and prevent (internalexternal) impediments to success. Growth in skills and experience, individually delivering greater value to the client-agency relationship, clearly contributing to the lifting up of account teams, while making a mark on the agency. ResponsibilitiesResearch and insight development for client industrybrandproductConduct team and client facing meetingsVet and negotiate digital media vendors, platformsCreate Flowcharts around campaign initiatives that support client goals and KPIsCreate spec sheets for internal and external purposesSet up media campaigns, including generating Insertion Orders, trafficking artworkLaunch and managing paid media campaigns, ensuring they deliver predicted results and adhere to budget parametersUse ad server to manage campaignsCreate Google Analytics goalsBuild UTM(s) in Excel, pixelsOptimize campaigns to increase performance and steer outcomeCreate and deliver routine campaign performance reports to clientsConduct associated accounting related functions, including reviewapproving media vendor invoicesQualificationsMedia Planning, Media Strategy, and Media Buying skillsAnalytical skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in digital media buying and campaign managementKnowledge of advertising platforms and toolsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and within a teamExperience in the tourism, healthcare, food & beverage, consumer, or legal industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
