Hire Resolve's client is a leading Civil Engineering and Architecture firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of an Architect in Albuquerque, NM.Responsibilities:Creates designs using Revit and prepares construction documentation using information supplied by a supervisor or data obtained from research activitiesResearches materials and assemblies for appropriate incorporation into design and construction drawings as directed by a project managerIntegrates information from consultants and suppliers into models and drawingsProvide guidance and supervision to production staff for the development of construction documentationPrepares presentation renderings and illustrations for client and or public presentations and in-office collaborationProcesses contractor submittals by logging in the submittals and routing them to the appropriate party for reviewAssist in attending, recording, and distributing meeting minutes as well as assisting with general project correspondence.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture from a NCARB accredited program.
