Job Description:

Parsec Automation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Anaheim, CA. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, reporting and modeling to support strategic decision-making within the organization.What you will do:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations.Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, trends, and key performance indicators.Evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.Generate ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making.Monitor and analyze costs across all areas of the business, including recommending strategies for cost optimization.Work with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis, often performing ad hoc reporting to satisfy end-users.Liaising with private equity sponsor to address ad hoc performance questions.Participate in cross-functional projects to drive financial success.Who you are:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst.Experience in a SaaS or a software development company required.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to pensationBenefits:Competitive SalaryVariable bonus based on company and individual pany-paid health insuranceHybrid Role: 3 days onsite2 days remote (Anaheim, CA office)Retirement savings plan: 401k matchPaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesAbout Parsec Automation: Parsec Automation Corp.
