Job Description:

Laffer Tengler Investments is a growing asset management firm with over $1 billion in assets. The firm is seeking a results-driven individual with a proven track record to serve as Head of Wealth Management in our Scottsdale, Arizona location. This individual will spearhead all aspects of Business Development and Client Services as it relates to our private clients, and will be expected to oversee, grow, and streamline the wealth management process. Responsibilities include: Develop a deep understanding of Laffer Tengler's value proposition, business model, investment philosophy, product offerings, and company culture.Clearly articulate and pursue the firm's growth objectives; develop and implement a proactive outreach strategy; and create and effectively manage a pipeline of prospects.Oversee a team of Relationship Managers and maintain regular and ongoing communications with Operations and Investment teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.Manage ongoing client outreach and distribution of performance reviews, commentary, research notes, and Laffer Tengler thought leadership.Maintain existing client accounts by nurturing client relationships and educating on new services, products, and market insights.Actively service client accounts by performing andor coordinating administrative tasks (tracking and monitoring accountasset transfers, preparing and presenting performance reports, processing transaction requests, handling necessary paperwork, etc.).Initiate and field client calls on various topics and requests (account-specific questions, general inquiries regarding portfolios, investment market discussions, planning items, etc.).Coordinate marketing material submissions and approvals; manage social media accounts; prepare AUMAUA reports; oversee custodian communications; and utilize software tools such as Calendly, Constant Contact, and chatbots.Represent Laffer Tengler at conferences and seminars; create content on financial planning; provide education on financial planning concepts; and build relationships with thought leaders and external partners to enhance the financial wellness of Laffer Tengler's clients. Qualifications:Completion of a four-year college degree; MBA, CFP or other wealth management designation highly preferred.At least 10 years' experience working in the wealth management industry, with a track record of client experience delivery.Executive Presentation Skills: Ability to present key messages, strategic vision, and brand value proposition in a clear, concise, and insightful manner.Business Development: Demonstrate a business development orientation and mindset. Annual self-sourced goals are expected to be met by leveraging strong existing client and center-of-influence relationships by consistently and systematically asking for referrals.Strong working knowledge of various financial planning concepts, such as gift, estate and income tax planning, charitablephilanthropic strategies, insurance, credit solutions, etc.Meticulous, versatile, resourceful, and impeccable follow-through.The individual must be located in or willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ.FINRA Series 65, (or ability to obtain upon hire).
