**Must be local to Boston, MA to go onsite 1-2 days a week in Cambridge, MA.**Our government client is looking for a Senior Data WarehouseETL Developer to join their team.Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in statelocality.Responsibilities of the Senior Data WarehouseETL Developer:Oversee and manage all data imports, exports, and other interconnections to and from the Data Warehouse (DW)Develop technical requirements, level of effort and scheduling estimates, and implement DW enhancementsAdjust existing ETL routines for new data elements and data sources and integrate new data into DWOversee and monitor SQL System Agent jobs and analyze any failuresArchitect, Design, Develop, Test and Deploy ETLs based on the Standards and needsVerify that existing DW Dashboards are properly reflecting current DW valuesDevelop the QA deliverables including Testing approach, Test Cases and Test PlansCreate and maintain the necessary documentations across SDLCProvide updated and current technical and user documentation for DW use and operationManage database storage, database performance, data availability, perform database compaction and manage the Data Warehouse database sizePerform database consistency checks between Data Warehouse and all other system interacting with Data WarehouseRequirements of the Data WarehouseETL Developer:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 10 years of experience providing data security for databases5 of the 10 years of experience must include software project responsibility for the design, deployment, and maintenance of DWETL applicationsExperience supporting Enterprise Data WarehouseExperience in Requirement collection process from the Business Users and documenting the same and follow the approval processExperience with MS Office Tools and MS SQL server 2014 or laterExperience with MS SSIS (Extract, Transform, and Load)Experience with Data Warehouse Architecture & Design ConceptsExperience with SQL System AgentExpertise in DWETL development lifecycle for new development and maintenance & supportPlease be advised- If anyone reaches out to you about an open position connected with Eliassen Group, please confirm that they have an email address and never provide personal or financial information to anyone who is not clearly associated with Eliassen Group.
