The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, providing patient care, performing physical therapy exercises and modalities, and maintaining accurate patient documentation.QualificationsMedicine and Physical Therapy skillsRehabilitation and Patient Care skillsExperience with Home Care is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team settingStrong organizational and time management skillsDoctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited programActive Physical Therapy license in the state of MassachusettsCPR certificationAdvanced certifications in specialties such as sports therapy, manual therapy, or geriatric care are a plus
