Job Description:

A client in the transportation industry is looking for a HRIS Benefits Analyst. This role will be managing the data and reporting of benefits. Provide functional and technical support and guidance in the utilization and application of the UKG Benefits Prime system.Provide support for implementations, integrations, upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.Perform analysis into root cause of problems, develop, and implement solutions.Document standard operating procedures and best practices within the system.Develop data integrity protocols and help maintain data integrity in the systems by analyzing data, testing, creating, monitoring, and running various audits.Audit and maintain compliance with all Collective Bargaining agreements in the UKG Benefits prime system.Performs audits to ensure accuracy of plan administration. Run standard reports and creates ad-hoc reports for audits andor analysis to support benefits compliance.Monitor data files transmitted to carriers weekly and data reports received from carriers.Assist with employee calls, inquiries, benefits inbox and resolving issues.Provide support during open enrollment with auditing, testing, monitoring, and addresses or escalates issues as needed.This role requires experience in UltiPro. Must be extremely tech savvy and have strong experience managing data in an HRIS system.
