DHR Mechanical Services, a leading provider of HVAC & Commercial Refrigeration solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivatedCommercial HVACR Service Technicianto join our team. As a technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of refrigeration systems for our valued clients.Responsibilities:Installation and Maintenance:Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVACR equipment, including HVAC, walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases and other refrigerated equipment.Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and troubleshoot HVACR systems efficiently.Preventive Maintenance:Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal pliance:Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and local regulations while working on HVACR systems.Customer Service:Interact professionally with clients, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVACR service.Certifications:EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal).Skills:Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.Familiarity with various HVACR system applications.Excellent communication skills.Valid Driver's License:A valid driver's license is required.Physical Stamina:Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions.Availability:Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and pensation:Competitive salary based on experience.Health benefits and retirement plans pany vehicle provided for service calls.Tool Purchase Assistance Program.Annual Company Funded Shoe Boot purchase program.Paid VacationPaid HolidaysPerformance Based BonusSign on Bonus of up to$10,000.00If you're passionate about HVAC & Refrigeration technology and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you!
