We offer Corporate Banking services to international companies in the American market, and Private Banking services primarily to Latin American high net worth individuals and families.ResponsibilitiesLoan Closing and Loan Operations for International Private Banking, Trade Finance and Commercial and Industrial Loans• Assist in managing the credit documentation process for International Private Banking loans, Trade Finance, Factoring and Commercial and Industrial Loans:• Prepare complete legal documentation for loans approved by the credit committee andor Head Office (Promissory Notes, Pledge Agreement, Guaranty Agreement, ECOA, etc.), using the templates approved by the Bank; • Perform the loan administration function, including booking of loans, tracking maturities, overdrafts, processing of payments, reconciliation of accounts, amendments etc.• Administer, control and monitor of all collateral held for credit facilities, ensuring that collateral has been received, properly documented (pledged) and blocked on the branch's systems;• Safeguard all documentation required for perfecting the bank's security interest in the collateral• Elaborate, control and follow up information to be sent to other internal and external areas of the Branch.RequirementsAn Associate's degree or a four year degree (B.A, B.S.), or equivalent.Four to five years related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
