Howard Sloan has partnered with a Boston-based Global Tech company tha provides market insight and market access to organizations. The Chief People & Talent Officer will report into the CEO. Employee population of 2,100. The HR Team Size is 10+ Shared Service Team. Company Revenue: in excess of $500MThe Chief People & Talent Officer (CPTO) is a senior member of the executive team, responsible for leading all aspects of the company's human capital strategy. The CPO will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans and be fundamental in setting the strategic direction for culture, performance, reward and systems.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals. This includes identifying and addressing current and future workforce needs, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with strategic direction, and fostering a high-performance culture that is inclusive and diverse.Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, from employer branding and recruitment strategies to candidate selection and onboarding. Develop innovative approaches to attract top talent in a competitive market, with a focus on data-driven decision making.Learning and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs to empower employees and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles and contribute to the company's goals.Performance Management: Establish a performance management framework that fosters continuous improvement, motivates employees, and aligns individual performance with company objectives.Employee Relations: Promote a positive and productive work environment by fostering open communication, building trust, and addressing employee concerns effectively. Oversee employee relations activities, including compensation and benefits, employee engagement initiatives, and Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging (ID&B) programs.Data and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to inform all aspects of the people function, providing insights to improve talent acquisition strategy, measure the effectiveness of learning and development programs, and identify trends in employee engagement, including those related to ID&B.Global Mindset: Demonstrate a strong understanding of global HR practices and cultural nuances, considering the company's international presence with a focus on North itial Prioritiesto the ambition and vision for the newly formed combined company and in particular shape the culture we aspire to.the People Strategyplanning for Day 1 and Day 100.and build the people office (Operating Model and Organization) to support new combined company.and oversee the implementation of a new HRIS.and tender for harmonized company benefits that are competitive and affordable.the new combined company approach to managing performance and potential.the new combined company approach to remuneration and reward.Qualifications:Proven track record of success in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a data-driven, fast-paced environment.Deep understanding of talent management principles and best practices across the entire employee lifecycle.Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition strategy that attracts top talent in a competitive market.Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform HR decisions, including compensation strategies and ID&B initiatives.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders across different departments and functions.Global mindset with experience working in a multicultural environmentBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work for a market-leading companyPlay a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and driving its success through a talented, engaged, and diverse workforce.Send resumes to : $325k, 30% Bonus, Equity TBD, Hybrid Work (32)
