Senior Real Estate Fund Accountant-Denver, CO$90k-$100k base + bonus + equity Onsite position with flexibility to work remotely Our client, a Denver based Real Estate Fund and Property Management company is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their growing team. This position will be responsible for the end of month financial close process for specified entities & funds. The Senior Accountant will train and mentor staff level employees and be a go to person on the accounting team to help with complex issues. Responsibilities for Senior Accountant in Denver, CO:Mange fund accounting in accordance with GAAP Help Sr. Leadership with financial audits and partnership tax returns Work to identify financial variances and make according adjustments Train and mentor employees, delegate and direct tasks, help plan and assist when needed.Requirements:BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred and 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. Public accounting strongly preferred 2+ years of fund accounting or multi-family real estate accounting. Comfortable presenting financials to Board andor Senior LeadershipYardi experience or other experience using large ERP systems
