In the ever-changing arena of advertising and communications, POOLHOUSE is looking for creative, intelligent, and eager interns to join the team this summer! POOLHOUSE's summer internship program is a full-time, 10-week paid internship open to rising college seniors and post-graduates. Designed to propel your career in advertising account management, design, production, and media. We offer internships in a variety of different terns are selected to work alongside a specific department (Brand, Political, Design, Post-Production) for the length of the program. In addition to receiving direct mentoring within your capability area, interns will have exposure to other areas of the business to enhance their professional and communication skills.As Advocacy Intern, your job is to assist our brand team in taking our clients' complex problems, breaking them down into solvable pieces, and match-making them with our creative teams and expertise.Responsibilities as a brand account management intern may include but are not limited to:Assist with provide client service administration including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls, compiling competitor coverage, scheduling and logisticsHelp the brand team plan, define, estimate, and manage projects and timelines for advertising campaignsEnsure project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriatelyServe as support including day-to-day project management of the firm's client accountsQualifications:Proven organization skills and the ability to adapt to new assignments, deadlines, and conditions quicklyStrong verbal and written communication skills - whether presenting to colleagues, drafting emails to clients and team members, or being present on a client call Strong research skills Developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of people across multiple accountsWorking knowledge of G SuiteHistory of strong leadership skills through work experience andor extracurricular activitiesFamiliar with the digital advertising, or communications discipline through past coursework, internships, or personal experiencesAdditional Information:Interns are paid state minimum wageInterns must be available for a full-time, 10-week program running from June 3rd to August 9th, 2024 Interns must have reliable transportationInterns will be asked to be present in the Atlanta officeCandidates must attach a resume, portfolio, and complete the online applicationRequirementsIn order to be considered, you must submit the following with your application:A resume of relevant work, education and extra-curricular experiencesA writing sample in response to this prompt:Pick your favorite advertising campaign.
