Remote Patient Monitoring, Onboarding, & Recruitment - Must work 3-4 days a week onsite in Warren, OhThis AI-Healthtech startup is looking for a Full Time Medical Assistant who is passionate about healthcare and addressing preventable health deterioration resulting from chronic illness. Vironix is based in Austin, TX with remote employees and contracts distributed around the United States including a strong focus in California. We have built AI-automated remote patient monitoring solutions that save lives and raise quality-of-life for those afflicted with a variety of chronic and acute illnesses. You will be responsible for clinical monitoring of patients including:Physiologic data monitoring and analysisRecruiting & Onboarding patients in our customer office in Warren, OhInteracting with patients to ensure compliance with vital sign gatheringDeveloping product documentation and communicating with Vironix customers (clinics, hospitals, and individual providers).Developing deep expertise on the mobileweb software and hardware associated with Vironix patient monitoring technology. Developing powerpoint presentations and participating in internalcustomer meetings. The big upside to working at Vironix is that you not only get to work with the world's best talent but you also get unlimited growth potential professionally as part of a highly innovative startup looking to change the world. As a clinical monitor and product execution specialist with Vironix, you will report to senior medical specialists and customer success associates to provide feedback on patient health, user adoption, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Major Job Responsibilities:Must have certification as an MAMust have experience with and interest in direct patient interactions and facilitating communication between patients and medical specialistsMust have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, google docssheetsslides, web browsing, and familiarity with webmobile applications)Must have experience in administering, gathering, and reviewing data. Must have Strong writing and communication skills.Must take responsibility for clinical monitoring and be comfortable as an individual contributor (this is a job where hand holding will not happen). Should be interested in entrepreneurship and joining a startup as a core team memberShould have the ability to work in a fast-paced startup and rapidly innovate continuously. Bonus Preferences:Experience with administering physiologic measurementsExperience with programming and softwarehardware troubleshootingAn interest in technology, machine learning, and AI. Compensation:Hourly compensation package plus bonus and access to health benefitsPerformance-based bonusesOpportunity to join a fast-growing, industry disrupting team🌎 Vironix is based in Austin,TX
