Director, Digital and Product ManagementThis role, in concert with our engineering leadership, will be responsible for the creation of the solution approach, rationalization of the solution, presentationcommunication of the solution, and as a guide to the delivery teams for realization of the solution. This role is also responsible for collaborating with the respective senior business stakeholders, software teams, and vendors in ensuring well-defined business and technology roadmaps, capability models, and prioritized product backlogs in support of the overall business strategy.This role also requires facilitating the transition of the business transformation plan into real-world solutions including the delivery plan and collaborating on architectural governance and controls over anizational Relationships: Individual in this role must interact with people from entry level to senior executive leadership, across different levels and roles, within but not limited to: · Information Technology (IT) · Marketing · Product· Sales & Business Development· Operations· Service Network· Contact Center· Finance & Accounting· Other supporting departments · Third party vendors · Contractors & ConsultantsExperience QualificationsSkills and competencies for this role are the combination of soft skills, knowledge of business, system thinking, change management techniques, awareness in business changes in the economic environment and technology, including: Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Engineering or similar combination of Business and Technology 5+ years of experience planning and deploying delivering enterprise functional and technical solutions to support the business 3+ years Estimating and Project Management acumen required for delivery and tracking of execution across the SDLCDemonstrated experience with Application Lifecycle Management, SDLC, and Support, Traditional & Agile PM MethodologiesBroad, enterprise-wide understanding of business principles and concepts, understanding of how markets influence business, what are the differentiating factors of the business, what and how values are created, and how strategy development may be supportedThe ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques including using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business Strong Diagnostic & Analytical CapabilitiesDemonstrated ability to think about business in a way that is abstracted from how business functions are implemented by technologyConsulting mindset, which allows a business architect to support the strategy development Design thinking, which enables synthesizing of many ideas into big-picture view that shows the connection between business intention and business actionBeing an agent for change, who uses business architecture to agitate and initiate action and challenge others via business designs and solutions, which drive requirements to the business operational and organizational structuresAbility to work in a mission critical fast-paced environment with ability to work flexible hoursExceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business Liferay or CMS knowledge is good to have but not requiredExperience with e-commerce services and digital marketing capabilitiesPreferred experience desired with Contact Center, Warranty or Insurance, Supply Chain and Service Network Industry Experience
