We are proud to be the global leader in launching and accelerating tech careers.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing and managing accounting functions. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and controls. Compiling financial statements. Month-end close including preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data. Producing financial reporting packages, statements, and footnotes. Ensuring business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Generating client invoices and managing accounts receivable. Performing business analysis and providing insight into opportunities for improvement. Maintaining the general ledger, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other duties as assigned. Assisting with financial audits. Assisting with due diligence and acquisitions accounting. Developing accurate and comprehensive standard documentation for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes and procedures. Managing cash and completing bank reconciliations. Qualifications:3+ years of professional accounting experience (some public accounting experience preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience Advanced Excel Willingness to step up on various projects to help the team accomplish its goals.
