JOB SUMMARY: Support all functions of media planning, and activations. This is a role that requires foundational knowledge in media, campaign development and performance tactics across traditional and digital channels, leveraging the two in tandem to improve on results. Will work closely with external agency partners and cross-functional teams across Marketing (including Analytics, Creative, Product Marketing, Web and Promo).DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with media team to manage all functions of NCL advertising, including media & creative strategy, development of assets, execution and optimization.Consider consumer journey across all relevant media channels, including but not limited to: TV, OLV, Audio, Display, Social, Search, OOH & Print, and can apply learned insights to ensure media KPIs & objectives are communicated and met.Work in collaboration with the Team to collaboratively manage advertising campaign development for various campaigns, including briefing, timeline management, creative feedback and trafficking.Research and support relationship and creative development with content creators and social media influencers. Each quarter, partner with Media team and Agency to develop a deeper working strategic and tactical knowledge of one new channel each Quarter (we will work with you to align on which channel to dive in to each Quarter). Manage and own the quarterly campaign guide that provides a historical database for the marketing department. Ensure accurate deployment of all media channel campaigns (TV, OLV, Audio, Digital, Social, Search) reviewing campaign elements including assets, audiences, landing pages, and budget with Media team.Work with agencies to establish timelines for media activation, tracking progress and managing expectations across stakeholders.Review monthly Agency deliverables for accuracy.Perform competitive research - Staying abreast of the North America advertising landscape including data, product updates and content innovation, making recommendations where appropriate. Perform other job-related functions as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSDEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's DegreeFIELD(S) OF STUDY: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field; and or any equivalent combination of relevant work and education experience.EXPERIENCE:2 years of advertising agency or related experience in advertising campaign strategy - digital experience preferred. Experience working with creative teams to develop advertising campaigns. Experience in reviewing media plans and performance across Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Video. Advertising experience a plus. WorkFront experience a plusCOMPETENCIESSKILLS: Understanding of the customer journey and ability to guide creative feedback from the consumer point of view. Ability to move quickly and prioritize based on business needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with cross channel teams and vendors. Developed skills in research and analysis. Proactive learner and self-starter, able to independently navigate and execute.Meticulously organized with experience managing and maintaining project timelines.
