Ripple is looking for an Experienced Level 2 Support Technician. This is a hybrid work from home position that will also require on-site visits, often for a week at a time in the Atlanta area. You ideally have around 5 years of IT experience (Previous MSP experience is a huge plus and might speed up the process). You are definitely enthusiastic about both people and IT.
