Tishman Hotel Corporation has a long history of hotel ownership and development. Recently we've expanded our portfolio in the Orlando area with the recent purchase of the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek and Grand Orlando Resort, as well as our newest development at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort complex, the Swan Reserve, a newly constructed 14-story, 349 room luxury hotel. With this recent growth we're excited to be adding to our team of hotel asset management professionals! If you are energetic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented with a background in and passion for hospitality we're looking for YOU to join Tishman's team as an Analyst.   What We Offer ...In addition to a chance to develop your professional knowledge by joining a team of innovative hospitality professionals, we offer a friendly office environment located within Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort Complex, daily free lunch, associate hotel rates discounts, and generous time off and health and welfare benefits. Our Ideal Candidate Has ....A BA Degree or equivalent, in preferably in Hospitality Management, Finance, or Accounting and up to 3 years of experience (preferably in the hospitality industry), with experience in financial statement analysis, proficiency with financial modeling, excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. This role is perfect for a recent graduate with a degree in hospitality management, or a candidate with several years of Hotel Operations experience. You'll Be Working On ...·        As part of Tishman's Asset Management team, you'll know your assigned hotel asset inside and out! You'll be involved in overseeing all aspects of the asset and managing its various financial, operational and capital related aspects to maximize the hotel asset's value and meet the owners' objectives.   ·        Day to day responsibilities will include: revenue and cash-flow forecasting, participation in the preparation of the hotel operating budget, preparation of the annual Partnership PIP, active daily hotel reports and review of Hotel P&L (monthly), monthly reporting package: financial and sales reports, Tishman Asset Management Report, Partnership Distribution and Reporting, as well as attendance at monthly Operations and Partnership meetings, and other asset management related research andor analyses as required.
