CompanyARB is a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of high quality 4x4 and off-road accessories, including air locking differentials, air compressors, bumpers, suspension systems, roof racks, skid plates, roof top tents, recovery gear, and more. Position SummaryIn collaboration with the E-Commerce Manager, the data and analytics-focused E-Commerce Specialist takes a central role in driving revenue and shaping the brand experience for the ARB 4x4 Accessories consumer websites through emails, web merchandising and promotional development. This position includes direct responsibility for executing critical activities, such as maintaining and strategically merchandising the website, marketplaces and overseeing consumer emails. Focused on innovative thinking and data-driven methodologies, this role is purposefully positioned to make a significant impact on the growth of this business channel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Employ data insights to sequence and showcase products on the site, maximizing conversion and revenue for D2C sites and marketplacesUtilize data to make informed decisions on website merchandising, product discoverability, and overall site optimization for enhanced user experience within the BigCommerce platform for D2C sites and marketplacesAdminister email strategy through Klaviyo, Hubspot, and BigCommerce, continuously optimizing for performance based on data with the intention to achieve or exceed target sales goalsImplements e-commerce best practices, emphasizing data-driven reporting, measurements, and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for digital campaigns for D2C sites and marketplacesEnsure achievement of e-commerce site conversion and goals through strategic use of data analytics, with a focus on programs including but not limited to BigCommerce and KlaviyoImplement SEO strategies to monitor and optimize digital content, providing recommendations for improved listing performanceDevelop and maintain a detailed e-commerce promotionemail calendar using in coordination with Marketing Team for D2C sitesContribute to the look and feel of emails, collaborating with the marketing team and sales team to produce assets in alignment with the defined strategy using Klaviyo and HubspotParticipate in site management calls with external development partners, make recommendations for optimization within the BigCommerce environmentMonitor competitor websites and activities, reporting insights as neededCollaborate effectively with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to execute initiatives for D2C sites and marketplacesStay informed about current website best practices and future trends in digital sales and marketingOther duties as assignedExperienceSkillsEducationBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; equivalent experience consideredMinimum 3 years of experience in relevant marketing fields, including digital marketing, website management, andor e-commerce2+ years Amazon marketplace experience or other e-commerce marketplace experience preferredDemonstrated ability to create, manage, coordinate, and execute multi-channel digital and e-commerce campaignsPossesses a keen design sensibility, capable of creating visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with target audienceProficient in marketing automation setup and execution, with specific experience in KlaviyoStrong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from dataCapability and willingness to conduct back-end site design work for UX and e-commerce within the BigCommerce platformKnowledge of leveraging CRM systems for driving D2C growth through email and other digital technologiesStrong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookCopywriting experience is a plusFamiliarity with UXUI design principles
