Cost and Schedule Manager Fidelis New Energy is seeking a dynamic Cost and Schedule Manager to lead project controls for low carbon infrastructure projects! Fidelis is a decarbonization company that develops, finances, delivers, owns, and operates energy transition infrastructure. Reporting directly to our co-founders, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects. Key Responsibilities Schedule Management: Craft and maintain comprehensive Development and Project Execution Schedules.Lead interactive planning sessions with cross-functional teams.Collaborate with contractors to integrate their schedules with our Overall Project Schedule.Analyze schedules, pinpoint risks, and propose effective recovery strategies.Develop forward-looking analyses and regular progress municate schedule performance to Fidelis leadership. Cost Management: Develop and implement robust cost control systems and procedures using Oracle Aconex.Set up new projects in the cost management system.Facilitate the Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) process.Issue Purchase Orders and manage Invoice Processing, Change Management, and Payments.Generate comprehensive cost reports which provide insights into budget, commitments, forecasts, trends, variances, progress, performance, risks, opportunities, contingency, and cash flow.Monitor costs against agreed budgets and contractual deliverables. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.+10 years of experience in cost and scheduling of process industry projects.Strong business acumen and judgment in developing schedules and budgets.Proven ability to build relationships with a multifunctional team, including engineers, project managers, finance professionals, and third-party contractors.Experience with Aconex Cost, Oracle Primavera P6, or Oracle Primavera Cloud is strongly preferred.Excellent interpersonal, oralwritten communication, and presentation skills.A genuine intellectual curiosity and passion for driving the development of low carbon infrastructure in the energy transition space. Who We AreFidelis New Energy, LLC is a unique decarbonization enterprise developing and operating multiple synergistic infrastructure GigaSystemsâ„¢ that generate climate-positive, stable, and predictable EBITDA in the following global growth sectors:Renewable Transport Fuels - Carbon-negative sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), renewable diesel, renewable naphtha, and green hydrogenCarbon Management - Development and operation of CO2 capture, pipelines, sequestration sinks, and infrastructureCarbon Negative Power - Landfill diverted biomass powerClean Hydrogen and Hydrogen Derivatives - Carbon Negative and Climate Positive transportation fuelsLow Carbon Data Centers - Data center developments focused on speed to market and minimized carbon intensity Using our proprietary RACERâ„¢ framework that incorporates ESG factors throughout the project lifecycle, Fidelis optimizes total value and creates a circular economy for current and future generations.
