We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join the Armaf USA team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies across a multitude of channels, with the objective of elevating brand awareness and driving sales growth. You will be focusing on the growth of two brands: ARMAF and HAMIDI. We are looking for an expert who is able to foster new ideas, implement new strategies, and lead our team.ResponsibilitiesOverlook our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) - creating compelling content, fostering an online community, and analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.Manage and optimize our Amazon brand presence: This includes crafting product listings, managing inventory levels, running targeted Amazon Advertising campaigns, and monitoring customer reviews to ensure a positive brand reputation on the platform.Optimize website content to ensure informativeness, user-friendliness, and adherence to SEO best practices.Develop and implement engaging content marketing campaigns (e.g., blogs, articles, social media posts) to attract and retain our target audience.Plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotional offers (Out of Home Marketing, Brand events)Product development and research, ensuring new fragrances align with market trends and wholesale partner needs. Pricing strategies for wholesale markets.Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to fragrance ingredients and labeling.Qualifications7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the fragrance industry or similar B2B and B2C environments.Experience in managing and building brand awareness within the B2C fragrance industry, or similar industry.A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events, with quantifiable results.Expertise in social media marketing platforms and their associated analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, TikTok analytics).Experience on Amazon Optimization (e.g., Amazon A+ Content Manager, Amazon Ads)Excellent writing and communication skillsTake a look at our platforms to get a better understanding of our brand:Instagram: @armaf_usa_officialWebsite:
