Job Description:

Dekko HQ is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team! You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across various mediums, including digital and print. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. As a Graphic Designer at Dekko you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative and compelling visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message.What You'll Do:Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and website elements.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements, ensuring that design solutions meet business goals and brand guidelines.Produce high-quality graphics and artwork by utilizing industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Create visually appealing layouts with attention to typography, imagery, and composition.Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of design work continuously.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project municate effectively with team members to present ideas, receive feedback, and iterate on designs as needed.Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on marketing strategies and campaigns.What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in graphic designProven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.Experience with Video, Photography, andor 3D rendering is a plus.What We'll Give You:A competitive compensation package.
