At Integrated Water Services (IWS), we make water better! For over 20 years, we've been providing our customers with solutions to manage drinking and wastewater to protect people and the environment. We serve clients ranging from real estate developers, governments, and food and beverage and industrial manufacturers. And we are growing!IWS is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to implement NetSuite, convert multiple companies to NetSuite from their current financial platforms, and prepare for additional company integrations in the near future.Work Location: This position may be Remote, Hybrid or onsite. Preference is for the employee to live in the Longmont, CO, Austin, TX, or Houston, TX areas.Responsibilities include:Lead the implementation of NetSuite, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with business objectives.Maintain user access and functionality for business continuity including troubleshooting, configuration, and updates.Support end users through system adoption and tegrate and transfer newly acquired organizations into NetSuite as needed.Lead, manage and support platform release and change management.Develop and maintain documentation for NetSuite processes and procedures.Ensure NetSuite meets all finance and accounting best practices and configurations and settings are in alignment with the company's financial compliance requirements.Stay abreast of NetSuite updates and best practices, and implement changes as needed.The ideal candidate will have:BS in Computer Science, MIS, FinanceAccounting, or other related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of ERPNetSuite Administration experience (NetSuite Certifications preferred)Firm understanding of NetSuite functionality, workflows, administration, and configurationStrong understanding of use cases and business support for financial systemsProblem solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and discover solutions as needed.IWS offers:Competitive salary and incentive planSolid benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, 401(k)PTO and paid holidaysAn opportunity to grow the business and your careerSalary range: $80k-125kWe work to solve our customers' water problems.
