We are currently looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.As aMarketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in resource organization, event coordination, social media support, email marketing, and sales enablement. Your collaborative efforts will contribute to creating a seamless and engaging brand experience for our audience. Your responsibilities will include:Responsibilities & DutiesResource Organization:Collaborate with team members to organize marketing resources, both internal and external.Manage content, images, and assets, including onboarding materials and swag orders.Event Coordination:Coordinate and assist in organizing various events, including local events, sponsorships, trade shows, and large-scale projects.Ensure seamless execution of event logistics and marketing activities.Social Media Support:Create and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms.Monitor social media channels, actively engage with the audience, and provide timely responses.Collaborate with the Creative Team to align social media content with overall marketing strategy.Email Marketing and Newsletters:Develop and send marketing emails, newsletters, and updates to the subscriber list.Collaborate with the Content and Creative Teams to create compelling email content.Sales Enablement & Experience Development:Collaborate with Sales and Account Management Teams to ensure a premier brand experience throughout the buyer and customer journeys.Follow a marketing hourglass approach to enhance customer experiences.Data-Driven Analysis and Project Management Support:Work hands-on with marketing databases, extracting data points, and generating ad hoc anize and interpret insights in collaboration with the marketing operations team.Use data to identify gaps and opportunities, connecting action items to clear project plans.Qualifications & Skills:2+ years of marketing experience with a strong digital focus.Experience with Adobe products, HubSpot, and proficiency in various social media platforms.Experience with Salesforce is a plus.Experience in dental or franchise marketing is a plus.Proven problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.Ability to efficiently and effectively work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.Strong editing, writing, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and communication skills.Perks and Benefits:Hybrid ScheduleHealth insuranceDental Insurance401k matchingPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Unlimited Time Off (UTO)Employee Referral Commission ProgramTeam outingsOngoing Training (DR Classroom, Certifications, etc.)High energy work environment.Transparent, open communication cultureSnacks, snacks, and more snacksIf you are a dynamic and detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply and contribute to our growing success.
