Job Description:

Essential Functions Create, organize, prepare, and perform equipment-specific Technical Training classes for Customers and Haulotte Technicians (at Customer location(s) and in the Subsidiary). Perform internal training classes for Haulotte Employees on specialized processes (Warranty, CTI, SMIPDI). Manage training strategy for North American Key Customers.Maintain the technical competency skills matrix (Excel & Training Management Tool) for North America Subsidiary and Customers. Must be able to "Train the Trainer" of large Customer locations. Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic assistance to the internal technical team andor Customer for challenging topics following the escalation process.Create Quick Technical Information (QTI) troubleshooting videos and documents. Prepare and report monthly KPI performance and goal achievement, and training effectiveness of the training department. Achieve IVES MEWP Operator Trainer Certification within 6-months of employment.Must be able to validate as a "Technical Trainer" at corporate level. Responsibilities & Requirements Experienced as a trainer required with proven abilities developing training plans and teaching classroom hands-on classes.Must possess advanced hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical system terpret ANSI & ISO schematics to diagnose equipment and train trainees. Travel as required to customer locations as needed throughout the United States and Canada.Follow up and report performance of all training related activities. Perform Safety & OSHA related training for internal teams (Operator training, Forklift, HazCom, Fall Protection, etc.).Up to 80% travel throughout the United States and Canada to perform training sessions for Customers as needed. Work with Key Customers to plan and create a training strategy & execute the strategy successfully according to plan.Anticipate the training requirements for the Subsidiary level, Service Providers, and Customers.Must possess advanced technical abilities related to machinery electrical systems and controls.Must be able to take electrical measurements utilizing multimeters.Knowledge of CAN Bus Systems., Understand and diagnose Hydraulic systems.Must be customer service oriented at all times.Understand the operation and characteristics of Haulotte products, ranges, parts, components, sub-assemblies, etc.Other duties based on the needs of the company.Responsible for the company's brand image.Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Track and analyze data, create charts and graphs and present data to Management.
