Job Description:

We are working with a growing SaaS Tech company who is looking for Email Deliverability AnalystYou will be monitoring email deliverability, analyzing email campaigns, and implementing strategies to improve email deliverability rates.1. Email Deliverability Monitoring:2. Data Analysis of email campaigns3. Spam Compliance:- Ensure email marketing practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR.4. List Management:- Maintain email lists, including segmentation, list hygiene, and opt-out processes.- Implement strategies to grow and improve the quality of email subscriber lists.5. Email Authentication & Reporting- Set up and manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication protocols - Generate regular reports on email deliverability performance and provide recommendations for improvement.7. Testing and Optimization:- Conduct AB testing on email content and design to enhance engagement and delivery rates.- Optimize email templates, subject lines, and sender information.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and deliverability tools.- Knowledge of email authentication and DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).- Understanding of email laws and regulations (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).This role is Onsite 5 days.
