The success and quality of our brand are attributed to the talent of our people, which is why we hire leaders and innovators, not employees or staff.  ABOUT THIS POSITION:Our ideal new Videographer is responsible for planning, filming and editing videos that could be used for a variety of projects such as paid social ads, advertisements, or website assets. As the Videographer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the visual consistency and quality of our brand's video content across all channels. You must be creative, passionate about creating stories or messages through film and video (along with editing film and video) and have an eye for detail. The ideal candidate must also have good communication skills, and the ability to provide video direction. This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Torrance, CA.OTHER STUFF YOU'LL GET TO DO: Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectivesResponsible for designing, coordinating, directing, shooting and editing educational, instructional, promotional, and other video materialcontent delivered via the Web, TV, Paid Social, and portable devices. Oversees both the video ideation, production and post-production concepts. Ensures consistency in style and quality across all videos while adhering to brand guidelinesSets a high bar for video marketing deliverablesEnhances social media video assetsIdentifies and implements improvements in the video editing process Produces content for diverse audiences and platformsKeep up to date with the latest video marketing trendsEdit short-form and long-form videos for our websites and social media accountsEnsure videos meet the marketing team's specifications and guidelinesImplements creative notes from stakeholdersEvaluates projects for brand authenticityWork efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising on qualityStay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography techniquesAssist in maintaining an organized digital asset libraryQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in videography, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in fashion videography, preferably in an in-house or agency environment.Familiarity with video editing software like Final Cut Pro and Premiere ProStorytelling experienceStrong project management skillsAbility to work with multi-track split audioKnowledge of aspect ratiosExperience with high-resolution file transfer applicationsUnderstanding of video encoding formatsTalent for sound designExcellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Portfolio showcasing previous eyewear and fashion videography work.BENEFITS:Full time position fully remote but will require travel from time to timeCompetitive salaryExcellent medical, dental and vision coveragePTO, sick leave and national holidaysHOW TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION:Please submit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio showcasing your videography work to [contact email or link to application portal].
