We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead our branch!As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations for an established residential and commercial plumbing company. You will oversee all office staff and field technicians to build a profitable and growing plumbing business. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. While in this role, we anticipate that you will spend roughly 70% of your time in the office and 30% in the field. Projected compensation up to $115K.Employee & Family Health, Dental & Vision Insurance optionsLife Insurance PolicyPaid Time Off & Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement Plan Flexible Spending Plan, HSAPaid weeklyFantastic company culture!What You'll Do:Manage all office personnel and field techniciansResponsible for the overall profitability of the businessAchieve targeted KPIsMonitor technician performance and implement corrective actions Review & edit invoices before submitting to customersWork with and supporting the Sales Manager on key customer accounts by meeting with and negotiating pricing and services offeredWork closely with the Office Manager & Lead Dispatcher to monitor and adjust the dispatch boardIn conjunction with the Office Manager & Lead Dispatcher, you will field technician calls throughout the dayReview, adjust, and approve technician timecards before submitting to payrollWrite job estimates for customers based on technician notesBe onsite for any large, estimated jobs to ensure high-quality and efficient work is being doneProcess and approve any change orders needed if a technician identifies that the scope of the work has changedIdentify and approve any capital expense needs for new equipment, equipment repair, and fleet maintenanceMaintain and replenish inventory and ensure that technician trucks are stocked with adequate materials Negotiate and maintain pricing with supply housesWorking with Human Resources to identify, interview and hire new Office Personnel and TechniciansWhat Makes You Great?You have at least 3 years of operations management experience in the in-home services industry, preferredYou are knowledgeable in the Plumbing trade, preferredYou are curious & have a strong desire to dig in and learn the language of the tradesPossess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team membersYou are humble, hungry & smart!
