This is a unique opportunity to have a major impact on our rapidly growing team and the move to cloud and container orchestration technologies supporting secure and automated deployment from idea to delivery.*** While the position is listed in Boston, MA we are accepting resumes from candidates in the continental US, eastern time zone preferred ***Responsibilities:Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of build and deployment automation (CICD) in a SaaS environment.Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and implement automated deployments for application infrastructure and services. Assist with implementation of infrastructure and application monitoring.Assist with design and implementation of as-code frameworks to provide self-service to development teams.Assist with design and implementation of embedded security controls to promote DevSecOps process and culture.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 7+ years of DevOpsSRE focused agile software engineering experience supporting cloud application development.Experience managing AWS environments. Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform, Ansible or similar.Experience of building andor maintaining CICD pipelines with Git, GitHub actions, Jenkins or similar. Practical experience of containerization and virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECSFargate, etc.).Experience with infrastructure and application management tools such as DataDog, NewRelic or similar.Extensive hands-on experience with LinuxUbuntu.5+ years of experience with at least one coding language such as Bash, Ruby, Python.Experience in regulated industries is a plus.Strong organization and communication skills.
