Carpenters at SDP work under the guidance and leadership of the Lead Carpenter and Site Supervisor. Carpenters will work on a variety of project sizes and are expected to take a project from frame to finish. We are building out a super team for one of the best project locations in the cityGeneral Job Description:Must know all areas of carpentry skills or has emerging strength in the carpentry category.Sets up job-sites in the morning with the proper tools and equipment needed for that dayKeeps job-sites clean and debris-freeCleans equipment as needed and securely stores equipment at end of dayWears personal protective gear including, but not limited to, safety glasses and ear protection at all times on the jobProvides guidance and supervision for apprentice carpenters and laborersPractices responsible tool care and maintenancePositively represents the company through all interactions including with co-workers, vendors andsubcontractors.Accomplishes the work of the jobsprojectsRequirementsOSHA-10, We will certify youRRP a plus, We will certify youAll General Carpentry Skills, Plus The FollowingRead and build from plansGenerate stock lists and place ordersDraw details as needed for custom parts and attachmentsMinimum 4 plus years experienceBenefitsPTOHealth, Dental, VisionFlex SpendingGym Membership Reimbursement 401K Continuing Education Planning
