Clinical Director "BCBA Certified" "LBA" in Maryland+ Full Time, Fully Benefitted, On-Site Opportunity+ Base Salary with up to 10% bonus opportunity,+ $500 Annual Stipend for Continues Education CreditAbout UsNucleus Healthcare is searching for a Clinical Director to work with one of our prestigious clients at a top-rated ABA provider managed by a clinical leadership team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)! Our client provides ABA services in clinics, in family homes, and in the community. Its mission is to provide personalized autism services to each and every patient.The Clinical Director is the CEO of their clinic. Clinical Directors manage operations and team members at their location. They will support BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) by answering clinical programming questions and concerns. Clinical Directors communicate with families that have high-level concerns and are responsible for establishing a positive atmosphere and supportive culture to facilitate RBT retention.Our client was Great Place to Work Certifiedâ„¢ in 2021, 2022 and 2023.Responsibilities· Oversee the day-to-day clinic operations to ensure quality-based services.· Clinical· Review, supervise, and give feedback on all clinical programs, behavior intervention plans, assessments, reassessments and BCBA session notes for clinical content and appropriateness.· Provide team-member and regulatory supervision, training, and support.· Promote positive and appropriate interactions with clients and their families.· Coach and mentor BCBAs, along with RBTs, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.· Operational· Establish a culture of accountability and support to ensure clinic success.· Run clinical meetings and relay company information accurately.· Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.· Participate in the yearly budgeting process, monthly P&L reviews, meeting the budget and team utilization.· Proactively monitor financial progress of clinic, analyze results, and adjust, if necessary, to ensure all budget goals are achieved.· No caseload when clinic is operational with full BCBA team.Qualifications✔ 5+ years of experience as a BCBA (Master's Degree in ABA or a related field is required).✔ BCBA Certification required, plus state license (if applicable).✔ Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.✔ Previous medical billing and EMR experience required.Benefits- Annual bonus plan- Medical, dental, vision benefits- 401k with match- Short- & long-term disability- PTO, paid holidays, and paid family leave- Paid employee referral program- Opportunities for career advancementNucleus Healthcare is a staffing and recruitment agency partnering with top-tier facilities and organizations to deliver quality candidates looking for meaningful employment.
