In addition, the group provides comprehensive hearing testing and hearing aid repairs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for patient care, medical records management, medical office duties, and medical assisting. This position will require travel between our five locations; Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, New Berlin and Brookfield.QualificationsProficiency in Medical Assisting and Medical TerminologyWorking knowledge of Medical Office functionality and proceduresPatient Care experience, including taking historiesAbility to manage Medical Records, including charting and filingExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience with EMR system, preferredDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentGreat interpersonal skills and customer service relationsCertification as a Medical Assistant preferred, but not requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus
