Job Description:

If not your application will be rejected.Oversees all Production activities, including pre-build, shipping and receiving materials and goods, maintaining inventory levels. The purpose of the position is to lead the production, warehouse team.Executes the daily production schedule maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations and customer excellency as per company quality standards.Achieve optimum productivity and employee efficiency levels with the least amount of overhead and raw material costs.Direct and monitor the team to accomplish goals of the production schedule, consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures.Execute the production schedule as per set timelines for project deliveryIdentify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost.Direct the establishment, implementation and maintenance of production standards.Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.We are looking for candidates that have· Experience working with manufacturing, processes,· Confident, independent action, initiative, and a sense of urgency· Ability to react and quickly adjust to changing conditions at a faster-than-average pace· Knowledge of process improvement, manufacturing engineering, and related fields· Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects· Excellent verbal and written communication· Ability to interact collaboratively with others· 5-10 years' experience in trade show manufacturing management, preferably in process-oriented operations andor related industries.· 4 years of people managementleadership experience.
