Basic understanding of the principles and practices of surveying, and use of land surveying equipment. Capable of reading plans and understanding boundary and topography. Able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Willing to travel for short periods of time. The estimated starting base salary for this role is $21.00-$28.00. At Galloway our salary range is based on several factors including skills, location, education, credentialing, and experience. Responsible for equipment maintenance, batteries being charged daily, and keeping survey truck well stocked with survey supplies, clean and orderly. Assists Party Chief in reviewing survey computations to determine the accuracy of the data, and staking projects for construction. Able to comply with required safety procedures and practices. Supervisory Responsibilities: May mentor and train more junior-level Survey staff. You will love our Full-Spectrum Approachâ„¢!
