The representative will assist families in finding childelder care resources andor assist customers with their employer-based tuition assistance program. The representative will receive frequent inbound and make outbound phone calls throughout the workday.QualificationsSkills:To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:High School DiplomaMinimum 1 year customer service experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook)Telephonic troubleshooting abilityExceptional time management, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to learn various computer-based case management systems"‹Schedule flexibility - Shifts may include evenings andor weekends.
