Our workplace embodies respect, fun, improvement, and community engagement.Position Overview:The primary responsibility of the ADM is to generate sales by nurturing relationships within assigned territories and prospecting qualified accounts. This entails conducting thorough needs assessments, understanding clients' business and marketing goals, and devising tailored marketing strategies to address their challenges. Additionally, the ADM will present these custom marketing plans and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.The compensation for the ADM role comprises a base salary and a commission plan. This position requires a sales professional comfortable with meeting quotas by cultivating and expanding relationships within their designated territory, all while providing exceptional customer service.The ADM is expected to exemplify the company's culture, mission, and values, contributing to revenue growth and executing within budgetary constraints to realize Mediagistic's vision as the premier marketing and advertising agency.This role will report to Mediagistic offices in Tampa, FL. This is in-officein-person position. Essential Responsibilities:Cultivate relationships with potential clients, current clients and partners.Prospect qualified accounts.Serve as the primary contact for key decision makers within assigned territories while continually prospecting for new contacts and sales municate effectively with customers as well as cross-functional team members.Generate, service and grow a book of business with potential opportunities at all levels.Present solutions to customers in the form of high-impact presentations.Attending client meetings and events to provide support and program training.Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interaction in CRM database.Working knowledge of all internal processes and procedures used in correlation with job function.Maintain a broad understanding of industry trends as it relates to marketing and sales.Develop and retain an in-depth knowledge of online and offline marketing and how it relates to Mediagistic's unique selling proposition.Attend and successfully complete all necessary trainings.Observe and adhere to all Mediagistic policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience.Bachelor's degree; ideally with emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field preferred but not required with comparable experience.Must be willing to travel and work in assigned territories.Self starting, strategic thinker who is able to thrive in a creative and independent environment.Expert in relationship building at all levels of an organization.Experience with basic business software and CRM systems.Proficient and comfortable with presenting to decision makers and owners.Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills required.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.
