Apply today!Job OverviewThe Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) collaborates with medical and behavioral health providers, care team members, and community referral partners to deliver counseling services related to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders within a growing behavioral health department. Responsibilities include conducting initial case management intakes, adhering to state and federal guidelines for patient care, actively collaborating with clinical and non-clinical staff, and providing culturally sensitive assessments and evaluations for patients of all ages. Additionally, the LCSW independently develops treatment plans, documents progress notes in a timely manner, conducts substance use evaluations, and offers crisis intervention as needed.
