This position will also provide leadership on the job site and will be responsible for daily onsite management.Requirements Two years of experience of construction managementFive years of construction experience OR 2 year petroleum construction experienceTwo core certifications AND four secondary certifications (Core - CDL, UST, Line | Secondary - Mfg Certifications) OR has significant related construction experience (Wildcards - Expert Operator, Concrete Expert, Electric Knowledge)Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Lead training of Petro Towery Technician Development ClassLead, manage and hold accountable when assigned as lead on projectsAttain API Safety certificationPass Petro Towery Development Motor ClassInstallation of specialty fiberglass or flexible piping systemsInstallation of fueling dispensers and systemsExercise proper care and use of all related hand toolsExercise proper care and use of all related power tools including, but not limited to, pumps, generators, saws, drills, and compaction equipmentDemo and removal of concrete asphaltInstallation of new sub-base aggregate, compaction with vibratory equipment. Forming and pouring concrete pads, islands, piers and other structuresPerform general housekeeping at the job site; maintain a neat and organized job siteAssist with removal and installation of petroleum underground storage tanksWork with other technicians to plumb and wire fuel dispensing equipmentInstall indoor and outdoor lighting, as neededRun electrical conduits and pull wiring to electrical controls and lighting systemsWork in a safe manner, following the Petro Towery Safety ManualWork an after-hours on-call rotationSupport any region Petro Towery serves with the possibility of overnight staysOperate aerial lifts and bucket trucks, as neededRun electrical conduits and pull wiring to electrical controls and lighting systemsThread and install steel and fiberglass piping componentsOperate excavators, backhoes, dump trucks, compactors, skid loaders, air compressors, concrete saws and jack hammersUnderstand and comply with applicable fire safety, OSHA, and EPA rules and regulationsEnsure cooperation between all departments and locationsProvide quality customer service that exceeds customer expectations by ensuring that all assigned duties are completed in a cost-effective mannerInstall petroleum dispensing equipment at retail and commercial fuel outletsRemove and install petroleum underground storage tanksWork with a crew of technicians to plumb and wire fuel dispensing equipmentInstall indoor and outdoor lightingOperate aerial lifts and bucket trucksRun electrical conduits and pull wiring to electrical controls and lighting systemsThread and install steel and fiberglass piping componentsOperate excavators, backhoes, dump trucks, compactors, skid loaders, air compressors, concrete saws and jack hammersUnderstand and comply with applicable fire safety, OSHA, and EPA rules and regulationsResponsible for displaying conduct which reflects positively on the construction department and Petro ToweryPromote Petro Towery's mission statementTechnicians are expected to provide quality customer serviceBenefitsWe are happy to provide you with a competitive wage, up to 7 weeks PTO (paid time off) and a stellar benefit package consisting of:Medical Insurance (bundled with a $2000 HRA annual plan), Vision, Dental, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and additional supplemental benefits 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with company provided dollar for dollar match up to 6% of earnings.
