As Lifewell's Senior Director you will oversee our General Mental HealthSubstance Use and SMI Residential Treatment sites, as well as Community Living sites in the Phoenix area. You will be responsible for setting standards, facilitating change and instill compassionate accountability at all levels. By collaborating with leadership, Lifewell Administration and community stakeholders, you will establish, facilitate and evaluate objectives and goals for assigned sites, in compliance with Lifewell policy and ADHS licensing addition, you will promote goals, objectives and policies and procedures by monitoring outcome measures to ensure quality service provisions.Other duties include assessing staffing and scheduling practices for cost effectiveness and maintaining accountability for assigned sites' operating budgets.If you enjoy leading others, are client-focused and can pitch-in to support team members when needed, and are seeking a position, in which you foster strong community relations, this job is for you!
