Job Description:

ResponsibilitiesOversees the daily functions of the group home by ensuring consumers are provided a safe, clean, and adequate living environmentProvides assigned direct care staff with continuous supervision and completes staff performance evaluationsEnsures the implementation of service plan goals and interventions and provides case management servicesManages the monthly program schedule to meet all coverage needs for assigned group homeParticipates in the development of all consumer related activitiesQualificationsBSW in social work, BSBA in psychology, or a related fieldOne-year experience working in a residential mental health settingRelevant supervisory experience preferredValid New Jersey driver's license
