Superintendent Responsibilities: Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects Develop and manage project schedules Manage subcontractor performance relationships Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management Implement and execute Quality ControlQuality Assurance program Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program Superintendent Qualifications: 5+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent within Multifamily Construction Proven record of success on large andor complex projects Experience managing and mentoring a team Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
