The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and assisting in the preparation of pleadings and motions. The role requires working closely with attorneys to support litigation matters and ensuring the smooth operation of the legal process.QualificationsStrong skills in legal document preparation and document reviewProficiency in conducting legal researchExperience in assisting with the preparation of pleadings and motionsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with attorneysKnowledge of litigation processes and proceduresFamiliarity with legal software and databasesParalegal certification or relevant degree
