PVH is seeking a highly skilled USA Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in America by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!Key Responsibilities:Define and implement USA marketing & Communication plan. Define marketing goals and KPIs. Use omni channel marketing best practices. Track your marketing campaigns and determine the most successful ones. Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverable. Be a brand advocate. Support overall marketing team goals and programs. Assist regional sales managers when needed. Work closely with the sales team Events:Plan tradeshowsevents from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success. Prepare budgets and ensure adherence. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Take on full responsibility to manage and coordinate projects which resonate with the PVHardware DNA from conception to realization. Lead promotional activities for the event. Support strong relationships with agency partners, caterers, media agency, etc. Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. Analyse the event's success and prepare reports Ensure that our brand image is properly implemented and developed in your region and that we reach our target audience. Requirements:Degree in public relations, marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field is preferred. Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices. Experience with organizing local and regional events. Outstanding communicator and creative thinker Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features Experience with marketing tools and software.
