From Day 1, your vision and expertise will intersect directly with our founding team. You will work directly with us to help shape the direction of the company, play a key role in establishing the product roadmap, and lay the groundwork for our culture.We're a pre-seed company backed by numerous family offices and senior industry leaders across alternative investments. In just a few months since launch, we've served a handful of paying customers with our first product, a tech-enabled two-sided marketplace connecting investors with alternative investment opportunities. And that's just the beginning. Architect and build resilient and scalable solutions to support automated retrieval and delivery of documents and data between web portals, APIs, email systems, SFTP servers, etc.Work closely with the founding team to shape and execute the product roadmap. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, understand feature requirements, and develop new features in Bridge's core product suite, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision.Guide our engineering team of 2 to meet technical standards and deadlines.Implement and maintain engineering best practices (software design patterns, CICD, documentation, testing, etc.).Develop, test, and document business-critical features and applications.Implement data security best practices at all levels of the application stack.What We Offer:Foundational first hire; report directly to co-foundersCompetitive salary and above-market equity opportunity; benefits and healthcareAs the most senior technical member of the team, high-degree of autonomy, visibility, and responsibility
